Sleep on your new Bedsy mattress and give it a try. If you are not satisfied within 15 days of delivery, simply initiate a return and we will pick it up for free.

Full Refund

Your full refund is processed within 5–7 business days after pickup.

Return Conditions

✅ Eligible for Return

• Mattress is within the 15-day return period
• Mattress is in reasonably clean condition
• Original purchaser is requesting the return
• Mattress was purchased from Bedsy directly

💡 Good to Know

• We recommend using a mattress protector
• Try the mattress for at least 30 nights for best results
• Exchanges are available if you want a different firmness
• Returned mattresses are donated, not resold
